Ok, I have a 2012 DCLB SR5 with the audio controls on the steering colum, I bought brand new, drove it off the lot with 45 miles on the odo

About day 3 after I took delivery, the airbag light stayed on after starting the truck. Remained on until I shut it off, did not stay on the next time I started it. It has been on and off like this a few times a week ever since.

I took it in, and when they started it the light wasnt on, and no code but something was in the history. Evidently not enough to warrant a repair. The dealership answer was that I needed to bring it in when the light is on so they can look at it then. which isnt as easy as it sounds. I have called several times and had it in twice so far

So now I am at 6k miles (months later) with the same on and off problem with the light. I finally have a day off, the light is on, and I am on my way to the dealership.

I called them ahead of time and all of my prior calls and visits are logged in the computer but the jack ass I talked to didnt seem to think he could help me and was giving me some shit about coming in without an appointment. I reminded him that I have a $30k truck and having no airbags a few times a week isnt acceptable.

So I am now pissed off, heading to the toyo dealership and my airbag light is on. lets hope they can actually do something.
