Although you're low miles, have you checked body mounts?

I tighten the body modu mounts the other day didn’t change anything . They were already pretty tight. So I’ve kinda narrowed down that if there are passengers in my truck or just a slight bit of weight in the bed it will not ckunk/pop. Which leads me to think it has something to do with driveline angles . More weight in cab or bed change the angles
