So, today finally got a package from VLED's, figured I would buy local since they are only an hour north or JBLM. So bought some h11 low beams, h11 fog lights, front LED ambers (no resistors required) LED rear taillight, turn and reverse and an OEM Bed light kit. I bought the upgraded versions that did not require resistors.
Everything worked fine, no hyperflash, went out for a drive and my left side hyperflashes intermittent with all lights and fog lights on, with no lights on or drl on, it works as it should.
So, should I add a resistor on the left side? or try to find a flash relay module? I cannot find much info on the forums for the relay module but resistors sure. I used these in the rears for brake light and rear turn

unless I can find some at autozone anywhere else, maybe 4wheelparts in tacoma.
Also , i recommend these lights, they are stupid bright. Anyone shed some light?

I am going to try a resistor , see if that works. If it does then it will be a perfect setup, these are crazy bright.
