Recently added 2.5" up front ome881 and top plate spacer. New 5100's all around. General spring hd leaf pack in rear. 33x10.5x15's. It's setup perfect, BUT...

I've got this new rear end noise that occurs between 30-40mph. It starts up after driving for a few miles. It's intermittent. Sort of a grind/howl. Vibrations not noticeable. I do have a carrier bearing drop installed.

What should I check? The noise started immediately after the suspension lift. Could be a coincidence, but not likely. I just don't want to ignore it and end up with an expensive repair.
