Intermittent wiper mod

Hi folks, I've seen this discussed elsewhere, was hoping to get updated part info. My girl just traded in her 21-year old Echo (her first and until now only vehicle) for a 2019 Tacoma. I believe the standard trim package. She loves it, and has done a lot of her own tweaks. However, she was really bummed to find out it didn't have variable delay wipers. It's a little thing that means a lot to her. I plan to make the mod for her as part of her Christmas gift. Can someone point me to the parts I would need to make this happen? I would greatly appreciate it!
