Just wanted to post this thread to make it aware to 2nd Gen owners that a hidden bed stiffener is again available.

Currently have orders on hold as I'm making them in batches, however after the first 36 are all done I will be making a few at a time (to order) afterward.

Some of you expressed interest but wanted to see install pics so here are a few -

One of the members from first batch confirmed fitment on a 2nd Gen as they are exactly the same as a 3rd Gen.

    Here's the original thread -

So again once these 36 are all said and done, I will be open to making more if there is continued interest.

Enlighten the forum, what’s the purpose of having a stuff bed?

Well if it's stuffed, hopefully to take it to the destination it's headed.

It just reinforces the bed sides by tying it in with the use of carefully placed 3/16" steel brackets.

Some have experienced their bedsides bow outwards, not specific to an off-road situation.

It's occured to those simply carrying a rack whether utility or recreational, a camper shell, and more.

Not everyone experiences it so you will have naysayers, but many companies manufacture these as it is an issue that occurs for many.

The difference with this set is that it is non-intrusive and does not take up any bed space.
