What's up everybody? My name is Chris Hildebrandt... Live half in Big Bear, CA and half in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I recently purchased my first Toyota Tacoma!
    Here's my quick vehicle history:

    at age 16:
1998 XLT Ford Explorer (totalled march 09)

    17:
2001 Toyota Sienna (I know, awesome, Totalled Sep. 09)
2009 Toyota Matrix (Totalled Dec. 09)

    18:
    2006 Ford F-150 (Totalled Feb 2011)
    2004 Mazda 3 (totalled August 2011)

    20:
    2009 Ford F-150 (totalled Jan. 2012)
2011 Subaru Impreza WRX (sold July 2013 to get Tacoma)

    22:
    2013 Toyota Tacoma

Yeah, i've had awful luck with my cars and trucks, especially for only being 22. interestingly enough only the sienna was my fault. The rest were other people running into me in the snow, etc. and the first F-150 was actually my girlfriend crashing in the snow.

    Anyways,

My new truck is amazing, totally love it. I got a great deal on my Tacoma... it's a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 Double Cab, long bed (6ft), hood scoop, red, extended 7 yr, 100k miles warranty, $29,500.00 cash out the door. Spent over 2 months without a car, haggling every toyota dealership in So Cal! I plan on lifting it and putting bigger tires on it. Also I want to get a light bar, upgrade the suspension, and do other things. So far I've just done basic things like get seat covers, limo tint the windows, etc. to protect the car. Can't wait to research Tacomas more. I've got a friend with a full shop, 2014 lift and everything ready to go and I have the cash so It'll come along pretty quickly. I didn't want a small truck like a ranger... I was a little worried the Tacoma would be tiny and more like a ranger than an F-150 but it feels the same as my old F-150s for sure. Perfect size.

Your insurance premiums must be astronomical.
