Just switched my alignment up to completely maxxed out lowers, Spcs in setting E, with the upper camber adjustment sitting midway which in turn equaled out to ~1° negative camber. Drives perfect, helped push the tire away from the firewall.

No turning back now. 4.56 installed this past weekend. Now I just need the wheels so I can figure out where it's going to rub.

I'm curious how much you have to work back. I have a good idea on what needs to be done, but wouldn't mind seeing how it goes for you. I just pulled the trigger to redo my rear suspension, shock relocation, deavers etc. Once I'm done I'll really take a look at 37's.

Just told the alignment shop get me as far away from the rear fender as possible this is my alignment #s hopefully it’s enough. I have an aggressive cmc. Fingers crossed

    All of them.
Jd fab upper arms. Only way to tell if your tire is pushed all the way forward is to look at the cam tabs. Even with it pushed forward you'll still rub everything

I was more curious if you had adjustment at the UCA. Your alignment tech did a good job. I used my SPC’s to set camber while the lowers were cam’d all the way forward. Your setup looks great! Congrats!

So to fit 35s I’ve heard 3” lift. Some have done with 2.5” as well.

however, I see a lot of kits only give 2” for 3rd gens like bilstein, fox, etc. Most of these are made for 3” on a second gen. So how am I supposed to find ones giving me the right lift for my 3rd gen? Even some like Dobinson say 3” but that’s 2005+ so doesn’t make me that confident. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Lift doesnt matter if you go offroad. You wont be changing full bump or droop locations, so you will need to clearance for the entire suspension travel. You can run 35s on stock height if you really wanted to.

Most are adjustable with an adjustable coilover or strut. So youcan run stock height or up to whatever you want but ideally you only want about 2"

So @JoeCOVA are you using bump stops that limit travel? I’m trying to understand if I put on 35s will they rub the pinch weld pretty much no matter what or if I do a moderate amount of hammering that gives it enough clearance

2” would certainly help my truck fit in the garage still. I figured 5” total increase will put it within 1” of the entrance

Stock bumps up front and flip kit in the rear. Hammering will help but will also depend on the alignment
