    Hello all from Northern CA

I have been truckless for about a year and half and Im getting ready (sometime this year) to remedy that situation. Leaning towards a tacoma and have been looking through TW to get ideas.

We currently have a Ford Explorer and a BMW 328I so this will be my rig for taking fishing, going up to the mountains, running to the hardware store etc. I have a small dump trailer and also a small camping trailer (about 4400 lbs) that will be pulled a couple times a year.

Thinking of ordering (or trying to find) TRD Off road DCSB 6cy with 6M. Im also torn and for most of my needs (except the trailer thing in which I can use the explorer) thinking of doing the SR 4cy, 5 sp and spend the extra money on mods.

Most of my 4 wheeling will be on gravel river beds and mountainous forestry and fire roads. Nothing super extreme.

    Talk to you all soon.
