More specifics please? The height of the gap? Or the height of the antenna cover? Or the height of the camper? I’m not sure what specifics you need.

sorry. I was looking for the height of the replacement cap.

I believe my 2010 small cap is 15/16" tall, or just under 1".

I dont know why I was asking previously, but I just put kb voodoo bed side caps on my truck, and getting a GFC installed in July. Wanted to try to figure out if the camper will hit the antenna (My concern is not with the functionality of the antenna. I dont use satellite radio anyways)

There wouldn’t be any need to switch your factory antenna with a newer model just to get the same height as what you currently have. Stick with what ya got! Your one of the lucky ones with that small antenna assembly!

Hello, I am in need of a Flat antenna cover for a 3rd Gen so I can lift and do 33's and still be able to park in my garage! Literally need like 2 inches (that's what she said)
I have read the entire thread and checked out every known website and haven't seen anything for sale or an update on any expectation. Anyone know how I can get a hold of a flat antenna cover for my 2018 TRD Offroad?

    Thank you!

I believe my side shooter antenna cover fits the model year 2018.

Thank you, I saw that one and signed up for updates on your site. Definitely more interested in the Bullet style as I don't plan for a roof rack or anything. Just want it to be as slick as possible

The ball hasn’t been able to move forward lately. As I get more viable samples in the print resolution I request, I am sure I’ll be able to move this further, forward, faster.

No worries! I’ll sub the thread and keep my eyes out. Hope the new supplier works out.

@Anderson Is the solution for the 2020+ models dead at this point?

    Pretty much.

I’ve been having a super difficult time trying to find a manufacturer that isn’t trying to gouge me for product. I placed a replenish order for the Bullet Covers with 3 separate manufacturers and all have “delayed” their shipment. I’m at my wits end over this. Not to mention a considerable amount of money. I’m still trying to find solutions.

Sorry to hear that. Much appreciated that you tried finding a solution. It's a lot more than Toyota did, they left all of us that got an early 2020 with no solution for the OEM roof rack.

    UPDATE: 03-01-2022

    Bullet Covers

I have a Fed Ex tracking number with a delivery date attached finally. The Bullet Covers should be back in stock by the end of this week(if all goes well with the shipping agency). There will be a few design adjustments that were implemented based upon material and manufacturing. However, the end result is a well sorted product. The road to replenishment has been very rocky. I have had three other manufacturers take my money and never send product. It has severely impacted promises I have made and timetables for other projects waiting in the wings. I do this because I want to and I enjoy the community. I hope that the information here helps all those that have been waiting. After inspecting the shipment, I will adjust the inventory in the online store and orders can resume.

    Side Shooter Covers

The side shooter has undergone a complete redesign. I have found a simple but highly functional solution to the AM/FM antenna assembly conundrum. I have my second prototype in hand and will be installing it for fitment/reception functionality tests. This one has been a bit of a sticky wicket.

    2020+ Tacoma Antennas

I still haven't found a working solution to this antenna cover. However, from what I understand, Toyota moved its mounting location aft, thus eliminating the fitment issues.

I still would love to test on T4R's but really haven't advertised that I was looking for help in that arena.

As always, I am a 1 person show and I try to communicate as quickly as possible. But, I do run a small business(other than this project) that takes up a considerable amount of time(it actually pays the bills and allows me to have passion projects like this) and I hope that everyone understands that.

Love my side shooter antennae. Allowed me to clear my wedge camper when I still had it. Happy to hear you have more stock!

That was fast! Within 5 minutes of the inventory going live, 11 orders came in. I didn’t realize this many people were keeping up with their emails.
