Hello, quick intro. I’m a new Taco owner. Been a Nissan fan till now. (Xterra owner, keeping as hobby truck). I have a 2020 TRD Sport AT Long Bed with TRD lift. Picked it up last week with 4K miles on it. So far I’m really loving it. I was gonna go with the new Fonty, but Nissan quality is getting worse IMO and I needed a new reliable truck ASAP, and I always avoid first year models. Anyway, glad to be here and looking forward to the mods.

Welcome from Alabama! I too came to my Taco from a Nissan, for me it was a Titan XD. It was a great truck, but poorly supported and nobody'd work on the rarely-seen diesel. My 2019 SR has been dead reliable so far.

i came from a Hyundai. was bored and vehicle was at the shop for trunk recall. went to the toyota dealer, they had a used 2019 for a fair price and they gave me 7k on top of what i owe in the Hyundai. and i love my truck. if the Toyota dealer did not gave me a deal on that truck i was gonna go next door to the nissan dealer and would have gotten a new frontier

yeah nissan quality for they people movers is trash. they have infected everything but the Armada and Frontier with CVTs the blow at 50-70k. the Frontier was still an old design from before they started to mess stuff up. as for the new frontier, they are still body on frame, drive-train is the same as the previous year (last year for the old model). and from the nissan forum they are still "oldschool" like the old model and the tacomas.
