2010 tacoma TRD off road crew

Zero totally stock

Just a shout out as a new member.
I bought my 2010 tacoma Trd Off road last Saturday, I've been out once, last Monday but it was the raining so I didn't venture too far.
I ordered a key fob for my truck but my truck won't go into program mode. Any advice on where to start?
