    Hello TW members!

I've been reading through these forums for a long time now, and now I finally own my first Tacoma.
I got back from my deployment in May, and was actually looking for a late year 2nd gen. I couldn't find any in the area with low enough mileage for me to shell out that much money for a used vehicle, so I looked at some 3rd gens at the dealership and fell in love with my 2016 Silver Sky Metallic DC TRD Sport SB instantly, and I have no regrets.
I hope to use these forums for all the knowledge it holds, and to find inspiration for what I want my truck to become!
I already have a list of things on my to-do list, and it's constantly growing!

The list currently contains (in no specific order):

--Vinyl wrapping the TRD red dash trim
--Bed mat from the 2nd gen, so my dog doesn't slip all over the place
    --AVS in-channel rain guards
    --AVS bug guard
    --Nerf bars, probably predator style
--Basic lift, around 3". Haven't actually looked too hard into what kit, just want a little lift with some bigger tires for wheeling around.
--Possibly new wheels once the lift is done and I'm looking into tires. Not a huge fan of the TRD wheels. I'm big on wheels that I feel mesh really well with the body, and have owned multiple 3-piece wheels, to include BBS and CCW, on my hair-dresser car (slammed Miata), so they've got to speak to me in a way other wheels can't lol
--Already got a cart getting filled with LED's for my interior.
--Would also like some brighter LED's for the cargo light. I'll see what I can find.
--Used GoPro to use as a dedicated dash cam. Already have a spare 64GB microsd waiting for it's new home.
--I like the idea of the 3D domed tailgate letters, but haven't seen any on the same paint color as mine, so it's a waiting game at the moment.
--Derping the grill, but not fully black. I saw two in the What Have You Dont To Your 3rd Gen Today? thread.
--Door sill protectors, already ordered and should be here shortly!
    --BPF skid plate
--Aluminum oil filter bowl swap from the Venza.
--Haven't checked out the check valve on the diff, but probably relocation the breather.
    --Tailgate auto-lock mechanism.
--Lastly, when I was looking at other Tacoma's at the dealership, I saw one that had some LED bed lights installed. Mine did not come with this option, so if I can't find a brighter setup for the cargo light, I may have to ju st add the bed lights to aid it.

I hope to add some fresh ideas to these forums as I come up with stuff!

    Cheers!
