    bigger pockets to survive those months of no tenant.

    I want to retire from a routine job early age, but do side work for probably rest of my life. I don't mind having a boss, I just want to be able to manage my own time or have more time. 50 hours a week is rough 52 weeks a year. I know 50 doesn't sound like a lot, and it's not, I just have other things I want to pursue.

    Corporate America blows. I'm not scared to work harder in order to have a more meaningful job ie, real estate.

    BRRR is what I like right now. Wholesaling is attractive to me, also

    that sounds good but youll have to factor in healthcare insurance costs dental costs as you age youll need more and more, also youll be married with kids you need a gauranteed amount of money monthly and you will probably also at some point will have elderly parents who will need help at some point and illnesses with them. what happens is when these socialist ideas start to manifest someone has to pay those bills and they will come for your money since you've done all the right things in saving and managing your money and living frugally when necessary to pay for the freebies. Nothing in life is free.

    I got the notification on tariffs before the FOMC press conference. Either way, yeah they're going hand in hand. Any kind of pressure on our economy is going to make the Fed think twice on rates, even though the economy is still fine right now.

    There's no sense in dwelling on the unknowns, and the last time that I took off my tin foil hat nothing changed. The moral of the story here is that many people, myself included, are looking for an opportunity to improve ourselves and our situation. Many of us have attempted to leverage the power of the stock market to support that venture which is why we are in here chatting about it. To learn from one another and improve. There's nothing that says that it won't come all crashing down eventually or that I won't drop dead on my 60th birthday after a lifetime of diligent saving and investing in miscellaneous retirement vehicles. Please try to remain on topic.
