The mls exposure is still the definitively means of getting buyers. However There are discount fixed fee brokerages that will get your home listed on the mls while you run point on the paperwork. Obviously Mls have agreements in place to feed into the Zillow..etc. too it is the contracts and experience an agent brings that help deals go smooth and prevent/manage things going sideways. Even then sometimes they go sideways and that contract protection has value -not everyone is balanced or fair in their dealings and intents- But I get what your saying about 30k slice coming out of your pocket. You can hire a lawyer and self market -Sell below market value and still come out ahead financially on higher priced property.

 

NIO hits all time lows, wondering if good buy opportunity

 

Hmmmm. I might be in for 100 shares that price just to see what happens.

What the heck, threw an order for 100 @5.25 out for next 60 days.

 

I'm gonna wait as well, but I bet there will be a day or two where it breaks out and I'll miss some quick gains and a nice buffer

 

NIO is at $5.25 in pre-market this morning. I dropped my order price down to $5.00.

Looks like you bought some nio. I saw the car on the grand tour, cool car, weird ownership model.

 

Not yet, it's been falling so fast I dropped my price back to $4.75

 

Haha nice, it looks like it got a temporary rebound 4.90.

so hows the HEAR stock going for you guys.. i'm kidding my portfolio has a lot of catching back up to do as well

 

LOL. I bought HEAR at $15.90 and I swear to you, the very next day it's started it's two week free fall to current levels of approx $10.90. I don't think I've ever lost 1/3 of my investment that quickly, which sucks. I only purchased 50 shares, but still, that $250 loss would have paid for the Harbor Freight cordless Impact wrench I've had my eye on. I'm hanging onto the stock because I do think it will do well long term with the strong management team that it has, but it sure would have been nice to get in for less!

 

After researching NIO a bit more, I canceled my order. I'm not feeling the "social clubs" that they are providing. This means the stock will prolly go to the moon, so you guys are welcome

 

I could make a business selling my stock ideas that I decided not to buy, they all seem to do very well haha

 

just think, that stock went from $2 to $30 all in a year. who know's where you may end up with it.

 

Tell me about it, I was thinking of putting money in PHUN when it jumped from $9-$60 a share in a week.

Two weeks later it peaked at $550 a share

Since then it’s back around $20

 

You could have turned thousands into a million with that one!

but what are the chances it will jump again?

 

That’s exactly why I didn’t throw money at it, instead I just watched it
