    Probably more so of some day/swing stuff since I’ve got the ML account with a good bulk of my savings. I’ll probaby put 1-2k in to Robinhood and maybe do 1k of longer holdings and then 1k of day/swing trades

    I had two gap up plays today...and it turned out not to be my day. The one I picked ended up gaining less than the other then my trackpad batteries died in the middle of locking in my profits with a stop loss.

    :facepalm:

    You’ll never guess how hard it is putting in AA batteries into the trackpad until you’re trying to do it while watching candlesticks. o_O

    What software are you using? I’m thinking about getting the thinkorswim. I believe you just need an account opened with them and don’t have to make any trades? I’ll look in to it some more after I’m off work. Or while I’m at lunch haha

    I use thinkorswim. You can open a TD account then just not fund it so you can use it without restrictions. Also a good paper trading platform if you want to test your strategies before going live. Market data is delayed 20 min by default in the paper trading mode but it’s prety easy to get them to convert it to real time.

    Let me know if anything I can help with. When you go live in RH, make sure you set up your ToS scanners under real time mode. They disable some features (e.g. studies) under paper trading.

    All the indices. You can just make out the labels in the light gray boxes in the pic (e.g. S&P 500 is whole left side and S&P 100 is top half of right side).
