    I was hesitant too and did it on the computer to make sure it was secure. It basically used your banks login stuff. I had to answer all three of my security questions before USAA would allow it...pain in the ass when I don't always remember them.

    you can also do options trading and if you pay, you can do after-hours/pre-market trading. I still haven't gotten into options yet. Too scared to "bet" on a stock being X price on a certain date. lol

    Just an FYI on robinhood.

    They have no number to call if you have issues. Everything is done through email and it’s very very slow. A week ago I tried to transfer money from RH to my bank account and it kept denying it, took them a week to get back to me, and all they said was try again. Pissed me off. I’ve since withdrawn 90% of the money I had in robinhood cause I couldn’t get past that poor experience.
