I got my 30 year morgage in Oct 2009 at 3.1%. I never thought it would be lower. I might even look at refinancing

Been trying to learn options and stocks in general the last two weeks on Robinhood....

Just opened a Webull account today after this outage. I'm trading pocket change and I'm pissed about it lol. Can't imagine having a significant account with them.

I'm at 3.875% but have a $1M mortgage and I am grandfathered in 2 days before the cut to $750k of interest writeoff. I'll have to check rates and see if that is worth giving up yet on the jumbo. I don't think its worth it yet.

My builder was not happy when I didn't use their lender. Even with all the incentives they tried to throw at me, it would have cost me more in the long run than what I got.

I had no plan to either. The interest rate, combine with (I think) $4k of closing costs covered made it so that I almost had to. I wouldn't have though if it wasn't for the way it worked out in the end.

Opened up a Fidelity. Apparently they beat Schwab to the punch with fractional shares. And it was easy to open since I already have Fidelity for retirement stuff, etc. Schwab was being a pita about linking my bank.

We'll see I guess. A few thousand deaths in America shouldn't be too much of a big deal. If it did that, and then disappeared, that's not even close to regular flu deaths. If it gets into the tens or hundreds of thousands, that will be a problem.

I opened a WeBull account, I'll let y'all know how it is. I like the fractional shares thing for Fidelity, but their UI is trash, and I can't get Active Trader Pro to install on my work computer. So I'll likely just park some money in Amazon, Google or whatever and let it just chill.

That's who I use, always been happy. Been trying to convince my wife to get their cash back card that you can put the cash and points into a brokerage account, but shes hooked on marriott rewards.

How did it go from 2 people infected there to 6 deaths all of the sudden, unless I wildly missed something??
