My "gut" is telling me that the US will take a stance on how bad this thing is spreading and release a statement in the next 2 weeks or so. I feel like we'll have a good bead on its homeland effect by then.

However, I certainly don't actually know or I would be rich... :notsure:

Hi  new here and I don’t do anything besides slide some $$$ to my investment account and let it do it’s thing. Well a bit ago I hit a target goal and drastically cut my risk. so that I would have money for house related stuff. So my gains have been anemic but it won’t go down much.

Now I’m wondering if I wait for the market to fall a bit more and just pay the tax penalty’s and go back in to a standard spread of index funds. Probably makes more sense to do that and just get a loan for renovation with a smaller down payment.

If only one could actually tell where the bottom would be.

Futures are way down. I’m hoping the market will test the bottom today. Seems like most people that do this for a living think we will test the highs and lows over a few weeks with wild swings back and forth

nobody can really predict the market short term though

I would take out the loan. interest rates are so low I wouldn’t take the tax penalty for taking the money out of the market

Sold my TVIX, UVXY positions this morning - approx 40%/20% gain on each respectively. Looks like the market may attempt a run up today. Trailing stop orders on DGAZ, UVXY (stop loss never triggered so still holding), and DWT. 2-3% trail on each.

Once these sell I'm moving out of RH and into WeBull. Give that a test drive and see how that goes.

Well Elizabeth Warren dropped out so the market may like that. Or it could have nothing to do with that, I have no idea.

Not seeing trailing stop loss/limit orders in WeBull. Disappointing.

You cant time the market and win in the long run. If you could you'd be a Wealthy individual . Short term money keep it safe, long term money stay invested.

Look back in 10 years and decide if you regret it. I doubt you will.

Haha I just try to encourage people to invest and stay the course. It's tough at times, but it will work out in the end. If I can motivate one person to do that, I did my part!

good lord this volatility keeps triggering my trailing stops.. annoying lol. Hopped back into UVXY and DWT bigly. DGAZ my biggest position though. Still think natgas prices headed to 1.50 at least. Natgas seems to be attempting to mirror up days in the market but I have a feeling it's going to underperform those days and do worse on down days.
