I decided my 15% was fine... and that was my cutoff lol. I was at like 30-40% gain last week. Makes me wonder about their earnings... do people know something they aren't telling us?? Or were the G forces going up too strong, and a correction was inevitable?

 

in the 2s already.... hmmmmm....

 

let's see where the support is... it was in the 2.60s before it took off like a rocket. Maybe it'll settle back down around there. Won't be a long time to figure out support levels before earnings tho

 

well it may very well hit that after earnings... but I really don't think so. They have been focusing their inventory on stuff that actually sells.. that oughta mean good earnings. I still am optimistic... figuring out when to buy back in will be difficult. And of course there's always a risk that they report bad earnings.

 

I've been long on CHK before earnings before.. they were sold off quite a bit before earnings. I lost a lot.. then after earnings it shot back up. I barely made anything. Lol. This time, I'll try to buy in right before earnings so I don't get pummeled anymore by a selloff

 

I think the market is struggling on a valuation for this stock at the moment. I still think it's hella cheap. Especially if JCPenny stock is right around the same price and they have a much larger market cap

don't know what to tell ya. You're bagholding.. I've been there. Not sure if you should sell and buy back in lower, or hold (for a long time, maybe earnings will help you?)

 

I’m down 70 bucks today on it so far. I’m in it for the long haul now

 

I think I lost something like $500 over the past 4 days. I still sold with a gain.. but it sucks I didn't see the correction coming. It went up too much too fast.

 

No kidding. And I bought at the worst time. Should have sold what I had when I bought

 

The good thing is that there is very much a possibility that it will get back there in short order, especially since this stock is so volatile. But of course there always comes that risk of it going the other way too
