I have to wonder if he is just manipulating the stock price. He didn’t commit to anything, and it drove up the price. I have always thought that guy was a tool so I dunno..

My first thought was he no longer wants to be required to publicly release earnings. He is afraid to tell shareholders that they probably won't be making a profit any time soon. Yet the stock went up... again making zero sense to me.

Their market cap is tiny lol. I wouldn't be surprised. Their business model of $15 for 3 movies a month and $5 off each additional ticket still seems a bit "ambitious"... but we will see. I'm only messing with <10% of my investments with it

First position was at 2.44 years ago. Financial markets are terrible at interpreting semi-conductor product ramps. DO NOT BUY BASED ON WHAT I CLAIM. I've been wrong before. Anyway they are a bubbly company. My analysis is fundamental with this one since AMD has the worst technical analysis markers.

Research who Lisa Su is (CEO). Research who Jim Keller is (lead architect of AMD's newest semi-conductor platform known as Ryzen). Happy to put more out there.

Mind you this is a very volatile stock. I have a pattern recognition that I am not willing to share but it's worked 10 out 10 times during earnings week. If you look closely enough, you'll see it.jay-z-money-1-620x400.jpg

AMD is essentially taking on Intel on two specific fronts and INTC will temporarily be on the ropes (for 2-4 years) not that they won't have success in their other businesses.

Epyc server adoption and a 100 billion plus of new accessible market revenue for AMD over 3 years.

7nm success while Intel is struggling with the fab of 10nm they should have already launched 3 years ago.

Also I'm a big fan of AMD's 14nm Ryzen 1600x. Was an underdog that delivered.

CEO is an electrical engineer from MIT with a ton of technical research papers. She's turned the whole company around.

    Here's my AMD based machine.Screenshot_20171206-214705.jpg

I have an AMD PC as well, gaming PC that ive upgraded over the years. I recently bought into AMD, only 1 share but I was planning to put more there each month, I focused on solar this month.

Please stop buying that dumpster fire.

They are dilluting. Therefore your paying for people to watch the movies as you lose your investment. Dilluting and reserve splits are the death of a company.

And don’t ever think, “It can’t go any lower!” It always can. Selling at a loss can be a good thing.
