I don't necessarily disagree with them being there. But, I think they have more power than they should. I just think the message is wrong, same as those stupid 6 pack rings. Oh no, one ended up on a dolphin - let's use that image to shame consumers into cutting the permanent plastics before they end up in the ocean instead of finding a solution that isn't a permanent plastic. Sorry - I'm a little bitter about that whole mess. BUT CARB is kind of similar. Let's say consumers shall do so much junk with diesels becuase diesel baaaaad etc etc.

That said, commercial and freight is the larger source of emissions (we had this a few weeks back I think, shipping and container ships etc). Worth a go at to better things. Problem is the technology is in infancy still and 2035 or so, still will be in infancy - not enough at least for full logistics. I could totally see it for moving stuff around a shipping yard or something like that, or in-town delivers (Uhauls, Amazon delivery, etc). Maybe even common routes (IE LA to San Diego or something). I just think the priorities aren't where they need to be.

I’m thinking we might see a small bit more down before this shit takes off again. Then down a bit as we go into winter again. I should listen to my gut feeling this time and dump some more into....something. Probably enough in nrgu.

I’ve been following and reading this thread for a few weeks now and put some learning money into a Fidelity account. I made $63 on CTXR this morning (bought in at $1.47 and it sold at $1.68 when a trailing stop loss triggered). :D

leave now before it’s too late. Pretty soon you’ll be buying cruise lines and oil stocks for no reason.

(welcome. Prepare thy wallet, do the opposite of what we do and you’re sure to make loads, and don’t listen to any of my advice)

Exactly. Save some ad dollars, get a little free publicity.

Who expected a W shaped recovery??

like tobacco advertising. When it was banned it was to the benefit of the tobacco companies because they didn’t have to spend as much on marketing anymore, since their competition also couldn’t do it.

Facebook was probably charging a lot for advertising and enough companies are just knocking them for it now, if everyone bails on Facebook then they’re all back to where they started, but without the added expense of Mr Zuck’s take.

Facebook will fold, and they’ll all be back advertising soon. It reaches a larger audience than anywhere else advertisers could go. It’s just a game, save money and lower ad costs with this “boycott” as a cover

My feeling is a long term flat with a sprinkling of semi bad days. Nothing like March, but it aint gonna be green grass and high clouds for some time.

I’m still in on NRGU, but also following the SPAC’s and gambling with a few Warrants. Friday, GPAQW jumped 27% and looking to climb even more on Monday.

This is my first time playing Warrants, so we’ll see where this goes.
