    I like that, but I gotta have some that offer a little higher yield. I dumped LADR and ARI, this fills that hole a little and feels a touch safer. Between T, MO, and the big oil, it’s possible they all could cut. Until then, I’ll hold on and see. I guess there is share price upside too if the economy ever recovers and I decide to go a different route. I could hope to get out without too many scratches

    I seem to have transitioned from "high yield" to "dividend growth" because I'm only yielding a little over 4% as a whole. I have plenty of low yielders in the mix (AAPL, WMT, PG, TROW, etc.) mixed with T, MO, ABBV, etc. I think I'm at a comfortable position now to leave it the way it is and add as I can. I've basically created an index fund haha

    This is why you hear all those stories like "If you put $100 in such-n-such stock 15 years ago it would be $_,___,___ today" but extremely rarely hear of people actually making it by doing shit like that - most people don't have it in them to hold that long and take their money and run somewhere between %10-100 gains. As they should because getting stuck a bag holder at that point happens much much more often

    I like throwing $1000 at these goofy stocks...I'll take a look..
    Side note...I've lost a lot of "thrown thousands..."

    BTW VERY low volume stock...
    Earnings coming 7/31...you thinking of waiting or don't care?

    Hey, F is up...I've got the $6 Sep calls...come on baby get to $7 so I can close them out..


    And I banking on 1 more disney dip before OCT...pull back to about $110 so I can close my puts and buy a long call with the $$

    Good news...looks like SNAP has finally bottomed out

    yeah for every story you hear about stocks that go up you could also find a bunch of stocks that have held steady or gone down. Diversify and know your strategy, I’d happily take a solid boring low gain every year over a risky high gain that could also be a complete loss, HTZ.

    I don’t care much, they’ve raised the dividend each quarter so far this year. And pretty much every quarter for the last decade I looked at, so a real cut would be a pretty big change.

    I don’t think earnings matter much to anyone right now unless they are much better than anticipated. Most things are priced in.

    I had a great time with HTZ....Sold too early actually...but still had a 43% return on shares and a 187% return on calls :)

    Just proving this whole thing is going up in smoke...Washington nationals player tests positive and was negative on tuesday...and they played the Orioles and the Orioles are now in Boston...They are going to have to decide what they are going to do because now that player misses 15 games or tests negative for multiple tests...
    I have zero interest in Red Sox baseball...they crucified their fanbase in the last 365 days...Culminating and losing Mookie Betts, renaming streets, hanging a BLM banner OVER a national guard ad...and then spending $$$ to win a European soccer championship...
