Yep. I'm neither a bull nor a bear. I don't really care much about what the market does as long as I make money when it's doing it. lol

Yep. I'm stating my kitchen remodel tomorrow and there's a heat warning in place until Tuesday. It's 103 right now. The attic work is gonna be real fun. :frusty:

Climate Change covers all their bases so it can’t be wrong. Hot? Climate Change. Cold? Climate Change. Sharknados? Climate Change. Sheep will be sheep.

I don't know if I've ever posted this here but this is not political. The solution to climate change whether you believe that humans are causing it or not is not to decrease the use of hydrocarbons and fossil fuels to reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere which is believed to be a contributing factor in global warming. The real solution is to innovate technology to develop a way to scrub CO2 from the atmosphere. Reason for this being if CO2 is such a massive threat to the survival of the human race and we simply reduce our use of fossil fuels we are extremely vulnerable to CO2 from other sources such as a volcanic eruption. We could cut 100% of our fossil fuel use and still have a catastrophic CO2 released by a tectonic event. If we had a scrubbing process in place we could counteract such an event with technological innovation. In the past this is how we have dealt with all effluent and pollution challenges. We don't ask people to stop using the toilet because there's too much waste water, we innovate quicker and more efficient ways to treat the waste water. Also as Ron Burgundy said https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V7Tf43WMhUg

How’s that fire treating you @teamhypoxia? It’s about as dark as night here in the middle of the day, ashes coming down like snow.

That's what yesterday was like here.
Much better today, although the smoke smell is still pretty strong. Wind must've shifted.

Scratch that. Wind is coming from the north now and the ash with it.
Still not as dark as yesterday though.
It was like some kind of mad max post apocalyptic thing.

Thank you. We have rain and snow coming, and the fire still burning, I’ll have to take some more if I see anything that looks cool out the window.
