It will react poorly for sure.

Just think of it as always having your Maps app open.

iMessage will work on the iPhone without you even knowing it - only requirement is that the other user is also on iOS5

edit: MOT - i'm guessing you need to have the other persons email assosicated with their iCould or AppleID account if they're on an iPad/iPod - only an assumption though

Lame. You can't choose an address for Reminders.... wtf? It goes straight to your phone contacts.

Thinking out loud here about a way to work around this...

I have lots of businesses & restaraunts in my phone as contacts...I'm thinking as long as you have an address attached, you could set a reminder to "call Dave" when you leave Wasabi Sushi while you're driving to Wasabi Sushi. Upon your arrival it would know you're there and alert you when you leave.

The geo-fence system may not operate like this, idk...just an idea to try though maybe?

Yeah, that sounds like a good work-a-round. Hopefully they update it to allow addresses to be inputted 'normally' though.

I know that 3GS' don't have location reminders at all. So maybe I shouldn't bitch.

    KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS!!! EPIC!!!!

Add a shortcut so when you type "ppl" it replaces it with "people"

Probably just a mistake. The US bound ones all (or mostly) went to Kentucky from Alaska (from Hong Kong, from China) and cleared customs there in Kentucky. They got there Tuesday. Keep you eyes peeled, it may just show up today ;)

Updated my iPhone 4 today before school. iOS 5 is pretty cool.

But all photos are gone  now I have to find out how to get them back, it said it restored from backup, but it didn't put the photos back on my phone.

    Thoughts?

If it was shipped air, ( next day, 2nd day) then it would go to Kentucky by default, that is where the hub for air services of UPS are.

Idk how you had it shipped, but that is a possibility.

    Did you Update or Restore.

I Updated two phones. Both retained their Camera Roll.

Backing up and Restoring may only retain settings and not content (Photos/music/etc).
