Iowa city/cedar Rapids area Tacomas

Hey Tacoma guys and gals of southeastern Iowa! I'm starting this thread in the hopes of finding a group of Tacoma members around the area who would like to meet up every now and again for anything from food and drinks, to working on trucks, to hitting the trails and mud holes (especially if any members know of private land with good trails that we could visit).

 

@Keyfactor @tracer9191 If you guys know anybody feel free to give them a stern shove in this direction!

 

@jrow Hey man I just started this page for the area, feel free to send anybody this way not just Tacoma specific, tundra, Fj, and 4runners are all welcome.

 

I’m in the Cedar Rapids area and down to meet up whenever. Have a three stall heated garage and I’m always down for some weekend fun working on the trucks!

 

How far south east lol because I'm way far , center ville to be exact .

 

I'm talking Iowa/Missouri border and up to around CR haha southeast is a loosely used term

 

That garage sounds mighty awesome man, I may have a few projects coming up that could utilize some garage space.

 

Ha yeah then I'm Missouri border currently dont have my Tacoma or 4runner running but we'll see

 

Well I just bought a leer topper today, I'm going to bed liner the exterior to match my black and silver theme.

Is currently not pushed all the way forward as I just threw out on and clamped it down but it should fit perfectly, I'm thinking this weekend might be a good time to get the bed liner on.

 

What's keeping them front letting their ponies run?

What’s your wheeling like in SE Iowa? I used to drive thru often, but never strayed from the highway.

 

Dirt roads and wooded areas mostly, unless you have or know someone who has land with trails

 

4 runner isnt getting any electrical power , bad grounds or ecu . Tacoma needs a transmission cooler hooked up and steering components tweaked a bit

 

That transmission cooler doesn't seem too hard, electrical is definitely not my forte though!
