    I actually pulled it off to check my tank. My pump was randomly starving so I thought I had something in the tank. Turned out the plug on the pump worked itself loose. I think this is the second time since I put in the bigger pump.

    After I took the bed off I decided to chop it up.

    Had my Tacoma for a week so far and loving it. Shared a wave while passing an oncoming older toyota truck on the highway south of Mason City Iowa. Feel like there's definitely a good vibe among toyota truck owners.

    No biggie! Usually we try not to take my beast to Des Moines and we take the woman's Mini Cooper. Glad someone saw me. Just too bad I didn't see anyone else.

    I was in DSM too this weekend but only briefly. I can't say that I saw you or anyone else. It would take something pretty different like a flat bed to even turn my head for a 2nd gen. ;)

    Not sure if serious, but thanks. It's looking a little more manly. It's a little of both, light and reflection. When I do the cab I bought enough to spray the bedsides with a second coat.

    If I ever could find some spare time I would come down, but I always have projects going.
