Give him some time to recover. He probably fell out of his chair and hit his head on the floor after seeing the price of those bad boys! :D

Yes, you have probably gone crazy. If you are going to leave your shocks in the stock location, spending the money on those shocks might pay off. If you are going to relocate them angled like I did, the dampening is lessened so a good shock won't help a whole lot. I doubt you would notice a difference between those and 5125s. I run 7100s because they are short bodies so I could get more rear up and down travel. My compressed length is about the same as those King 10", but my extended length is 2" longer.

Just run the 5125's, quality shock for a lot less. I have them on both of my 4Runners.

I'm not opposed to a relocation so I mean if I did a relocation I should be able to up the length of the shocks correct ?

    5125
    10.17" 15.91" 25.93"

    King
    10.0" 17.05" 27.05"

    Kids these days...

Kings are great shocks. You won't know for sure what you need for extended and collapsed length until you get all the other parts installed.

Get your "set fetish" off with a set of Bilsteins, problem solved. :) I would use some moderation in your suspension, front and rear, and save your money for other mods. There will be plenty of other wish list items to pay for in the future.

Yeah, they are horrible shocks. That is why no one ever runs them.

I was just trying to make sure you save some dough for Toyota mod day beer.

I know you weren't. If we run out of stuff to do we can always throw a few of your briefcases full of cash off of overpasses just to watch the pileups. haha
