Once you actually get to drive it you won't want to sell it, I guarantee it.

Edit: WHEEL IT, I should say.

I may drive it off road once this year and that would be for the Iowa jeep club. Otherwise I don't think I will have any time. 5 hour drive minimum isn't very appealing anymore. I don't know anyone that I could go with up here and I don't want to wheel this alone.

It was a fun project! I just like building things and doing extraordinary stuff. It all wears off after a while and it's on to the next quick rush of excitement.

I did have one hillbilly call me last night wondering how I welded it so well. Said he's building a blazer rock crawler. Using a 110v welder! His welds keep breaking every time he drives it.

Lol too far. I'm not necessarily bored, just like switching to new projects quite frequently. Like swapping axles on my trailer.

It needed new axles, so I got new 5200 pounders with brakes. Also need to paint the underside, new lights and wiring, and add tie downs. That's about it for now. It will be another work in progress if I keep it. Might let it go with the truck if I ever do sell it. But as Nate said, I'm likely never going to sell it.

I kind of want to build a diesel el Camino or something though.

Winged it. It has to do with the body line indent on the side. You want to keep the very back rounded part of it so start right in front of that. Then it's 14.5" forward or something. I don't know.

I left a set in the corner for you. Save your money. I used raptor liner. It could use a 2nd coat. Supposed to have 2 coats anyway.
