I'm not really having a hard time with it honestly. There has been a couple mornings where I have been real hungry by lunch time, but otherwise I haven't had any issues with it. I don't miss coffee and most of the time I don't miss breakfast either.

My wife is doing the same thing and she's having a much rougher go of it.

Also, I highly recommend the "Thug Kitchen" cookbooks if you wanna try some Vegan meals. Some of which I would argue is better than the alternative.

Aw yeah. Meet is low carb, so it's "healthy"

They say it takes roughly a month into a new eating routine for your body to start being ok with it

I mean.... I'm an American... :dancingbacon: lol.

Spent some time working in Belize last year, I bet half our meals were vegan just because, and if done well, you really don't miss things.

What’s the opposite of vegan where you only eat animals and no plants? I can do that

cheer up, this entire forum is mostly either non truck talk or people making fun of truck questions or decisions.

no, i am going to do it when i drain and fill my own coolant at 150k miles and change the lower hose so its newish like the upper one, the dealer service for that coolant service these days is bogus after last july's fiasco with a leaky upper hose they would not take responsibility for some reason
but that piece that looks like a limp richard i am thinking of getting powdercoated since it looks aged

Paleo is the pretend you’re a caveman diet. Lean meats, nuts, vegetables. Basically anything that would fall under hunter and gather.

    Correct, Paleo.

We aren't going full on any direction, just trying to not eat meat with every single meal. If you go full Vegan or full Paleo there are other considerations you need to make or you'll end up having negative effects from either diet.

    then it destroys them

then they quit after a while and blow up like a balloon
