The total on my Tacoma is under $15k so far :D

But I have a lot of work to do to it yet.

My total is still $44k..... If I get this Supra it will likely stay there.. LoL. With the exception of maybe wheels and tires. I'm not a real big fan of the stock wheels.

I'm very much going to push my wife into the idea. If I can get it past the wife filter I will purchase it for certain. It's just how long that will take me is currently an unknown.

My wife and I generally support each other in most of our hobbies and such. However, this one is pushing it a bit because we'd have 3 car notes at once. Which really isn't the best financial move....... It will also be the most car debt we would have ever had. Which also isn't really generally a great idea.... LoL

Yeah, and we are doing the best we've ever done salary wise. Also, we aren't getting any younger.

Same! After the 4runner is paid off, I want to buy something sporty and fun. I've always wanted a fast car, but it was never practical. Or, I was broke.

I want to own something fast and fun before we're all forced to drive self driving Priuses.

I'm going to talk to my wife very seriously about the Supra this evening. Will report on how it goes.

My motorcycle will be paid off soon which just leaves the Tacoma as my only debt. I haven’t decided yet on paying that off early, interest is only 2.69% so I’m not sure I really care. I think there’s just under 2 years left.

Funny.. I've been thinking about getting a motorcycle for a few years.

I wanted a crotch-rocket when I was young, but I'm actually thankful that I couldn't afford one back then.

I was checking out the Tenere on Yamaha's website. Whatever it is, it will have to wait awhile.

Why be responsible when you could have a Supra? Or an 86 and enough left over for a turbo kit.

I might even know a tuner who will be needing extra money to buy goodies for his Supra.:bananadance:

@Shellshock has a tenere and loves it. Although he has been letting it sit in his shed collecting dust lately instead of riding it.

Also I know I’m not responsible and I can’t let @OperatorOneNine have all the fun. I’ll have serious FOMO

I mean... I probably shouldn’t have 2 trucks and a motorcycle but... I justify it with cheap af cost of living.

That's what I'm talking about! I really want to buy a house outside of the city in the next year or two. Something cheap. I wouldn't mind a trailer home. I just need to find something cheap that's within a reasonable commute to the Milwaukee area.

I was paying like $1100 for my mortgage... I’m renting a house for <$500... that’s a lot of extra fun money.
