I am a little amped up already though. I got the quote to replace our fence and it's right in line with what we thought it was going to be. So we just have to decide on whether or not we want to invest in vinyl or just replace with the same wood we've got now. Then its time to see if they'll loan me the money for the Supra. Which has me a bit excited.

However, I'm a bit on the fence for that considering the 2021's come out next month and the gov't is flirting with 0% interest rates so I'm wondering if I shouldn't hold out another month.

Difference between 2020 and 2021 is a handful of horses, yes?

Plus the discounts on the 2020, if that's a thing....

Yeah. I'm already flirting with invoice right now on the 2020. Dealer invoice on it is $49,140 or there about and I have them down to $50,840. I heard dealers are starting to get their numbers and actually getting allocated 2021's even though they still have 2020's on the lot, but I haven't been able to verify that.

The difference between the model years isn't really on my radar as mine's getting modified pretty much right off the bat. All the things they've changed on the 2021's are pretty much getting changed on the 2020 I'm buying with aftermarket parts just as I would with the 2021.

The big deal is the 0% financing. If I could get on that train, it would be worth waiting I think. Save roughly $100/m probably.

Personally I’d be shocked if you could get 0%

rates through my credit union are like 2.5% and I’ve yet to see them go below that. If toyota does 0% they always exclude things I want lol

No, no. On a gov't level. The current admin is thinking about dropping interest rates again which would nearly guarantee a 0% interest rate on loans for cars and homes.

Careful. The recession we had last time wasn't as bad as this is going to be and my current mortgage is only 3.4% and I got that with worse credit than I have now.

Lol no worries. My substantial(ly small) government salary won't buy much house, hence my truck.

time will tell if these science models hold merit or not for the heartland

Polk county is on the list for potential hotspot
i am curious why Douglas county in NE is not, even with almost 80k more in population than Polk county has
    very strange!
