iPad Mini 4 Side Slider kit

This is the iPad Mini 4 Side Slider kit by Soundmanca.com. I bought two of these just in case I mess one up. Assuming I don't mess one up, I'm going to be making another one with the Metra dash kit for 2012-2015 Toyota Tacomas.

I'll be selling the finished kit for $600 - if that sounds fair. Soundmanca.com was selling them for $899+

This is my first time building one of these kits, but I have experience with bodywork and paint so it should be pretty straight forward. The finished kit will be shipped primered, or I can paint and buff/gloss for $50 extra.

 

Well, I worked on this for a few hours this weekend... There is still 1 or 2 more layers of filler and wet sand to get it how I want it, but I couldn't go another day without tunes. Here's the test fit:
