Do you have FaceTime turned on in your settings?

I have been using Fring with my GF (she has a 3G S) and it works pretty good. She just has to point the camera at herself when I want to see her.

Apple press conference tomorrow. I assume they'll talk about the antenna issue. Think they'll take responsability, or hold the "signal strength indicator is wrong" line? (Complete bullshit.)

I've also read about a proximity sensor issue. Apple has said nothing about it so far.

I plan on getting one for my anniversary, which is just over a month away. I hope they get this crap taken care of before then.

I would hope they address it and give some sort of timeline for an update.

Is the Proximity Sensor issue what causes your cheek to hang up the phone consistently?

I have not had antenna issues, but my cheeks have hung up the phone on more than one occasion. Glad I have my bluetooth in the truck which keeps me hands free.

I ordered mine on July 9th and I just got an email saying that it should be delivered tomorrow. I can't wait. The last OS update sure screwed up my iPhone 3G.

The antenna issue was exaggerated by Google, Microsoft & Apple haters, because the Iphone has had more Hype than any HTC or any other smart-phone.

Below proves my point. If any of the phones below had as much hype and anticipation as the Iphone, they too would be under fire for there signal lost.

Every Phone in the world loses signal when the antenna is covered… Case In point:

That's the important thing, who cares what the bars say if you can keep a phone call.
