So I am looking for a good way to mount my phone so I can see the screen. Right now it just rests in a cup holder spot. As some of you now the phone will sync up with entune(which I wished work better with the phone) but if you are listening to the radio you loose all the audio cues. I have a mount from my last vehicle that mounted to the glass but I would keep it lower down. Truck has an Automatic if that matters.

What do you have in your rig-pictures, brand, link where to buy etc. if you can help.

    Thanks

I have a suction cup mount one near the column. I like it and I can run a phone charger to it if need be. Also the camera sticks out so I can record stuff if I have to. I also wanted something I could remove easy so I can take it in different cars and easy install to any car.

The mount I have is this one except i think i payed like $15 I dont remember it being $20. http://www.amazon.com/iOttie-Windsh...21&sr=8-11&keywords=cell+phone+holder+for+car

I'm like the MobArmor mount. Couldn't do the tech deck since it looks like it'll obstruct the HVAC and/or radio.

No money, all went to truck...
There's a mount that uses your cupholder. I had that for a while and was pretty good. I modded it to have a longer goose neck.

That's a whole lot of obstructive mounts.

I have a MobArmor mount. its legit.

that birddawg techdeck thing is cool and all, I like the concept of it, but every picture I have seen is nothing but a cluster.

    I like clean.

For mine I just took the knob off the back of a cb radio mic and glued it to my phone and used the old clip from the mic holder.

tail gate lock, rear view mirror bracket, hood hinge brackets, and the list grows.

Using the same setup works real well

Upon entering my truck I mount my phone in the cradle, to which is connected a usb cable to keep the phone charged. Nothing to do but mount the phone, and unmount when I get out of the truck.

I saw that in the store and at first I thought it was insanely cool - then I realized that you have to permanently mount the socket on the back of your phone and carry it around with that all the time.
