So.... you’re using beta software and it’s not working via a USB cable with without Bluetooth turned off? And is it both Apple Music and Spotify that’s not working for you?

I'm on stable ios software... Absolutely nothing works whatsoever... Ford needs to hurry up and stick that 7-liter in the Raptor already :/

Well I was quoting and responding to Technique's question there. As for you, OP, can you confirm that you're using an Apple certified USB to Lighting cable? Not a 3rd party USB cable, nor a lighting to audio cable?

I have an iPhone X and no issues whatsoever. Try un-pairing (having the head unit "forget") your phone and re-pair through bluetooth. That should solve your problem.

I'll give it a shot, doubt itll work since I had to repair my iPhone X when I got it new... Since every device has their own ID

Once you have your phone paired, hit source (top right corner of your head unit screen), then hit Bluethooth, then make sure your phone is selcted for music. That should bring up anything you have playing on your phone to the head unit.

Will that resolve the USB issue?

If your phone is in locked mode you might have to go into settings, then face ID and passcode, scroll down and shut off USB accessories and retry it...that may need to be shut off either way....that function when on blocks any USB devices from connecting when in locked mode

Not sure about the USB issue but at least you can play it through BT. Hopefully that will also resolve the USB as well.

Ooops. My bad. I thought you weren't getting it to connect via either source.

Raptor is a bad ass looking truck. Just FYI... I have a relatively new Audi (2017) with Apple Car Play and I have issues with the BT not working properly when connected through Car Play. I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. I have to unplug it and connect it to BT outside of Car Play and it works fine.
