    Ha thanks, I only run 3 days a week though. So really around 12 miles a week. Need to get past covid so I can lift and swim and bike to train for a triathlon. Oh well in time I guess.

    I run 5-6 days a week but usually under 2 miles, so around 9-10 miles most weeks.

    A triathlon would be straight beastly dude. Much respect to you for going for it
