    thanks :D

I highly recommend it. I am very pleased with the outcome of all my painting.

My first truck (toyota pickup) was bright blue (kinda like my overhead console.. but brighter) It didn't have the toyota on the back when i bought it so I made a template and painted the toyota on in the same green you have. It was AWESOME!

I am trying to think of a way to cleverly incorporate some green into my truck :)

Badges are easy to paint and work well. Likewise a green Toyota banner for the tailgate like the old ones used to have. Sockmonkey ought to be able to hook that up. Just a few suggestions.

    Thanks, I think...

Anyway for those that might actually look at this thread every now and then, I need some help with my next mod. Not sure If I want 2 10" Rigid Industries SR Series bars or just one 20" Here are some photoshop pics of what I have in mind. Thoughts?

Whats the space between the hoops measurement? If a 30" would fit, that would be a lot of light. Other wise, the 2 x 10" look interesting. Something unique that the rest of the People aren't doing.

Another idea, if you are an off roader and dont want stuff bouncing into your lights. A 30" will fit behind the Grill perfectly.

Could even mount the 30" directly behind the Brush bars, again, to help protect the light from being hit, scratched etc.

Oh and I was looking at your color scheme. GREEN! Well, you realize the Switch you got has a green color scheme version too right?

Could also do this to your truck

I was initially thinking of going with the 30" but I dont think It will fit. Measures about 30" between the bars at the bumper and gets narrower as it goes up. And I dont think there is enough space between the bars and the grill to go behind them. I will probably put a cover on whatever lights I get but after seeing the torture tests on the Rigids I have no concerns about breaking them. I also have the URD TCAI right behind the grill so I dont think I could fit a light in there too. And I know that you can get the Carling switch bodies with green LEDs but at the time I got them I couldnt find any, and now that I have the amber I am glad I went that route. They match the rest of the interior so it keeps the OEM "feel" if that makes sense.

I saw the torture tests too, scratches was more my concern. I have been off road in wooded areas, and of all things, drove right through some barbed wire.

As far as right behind the bars, My ARB has the room. I tend to forget most of the other brands dont do as far as a "table" as the ARB<

Just ran across this build. Completely awesome! I freakin' want those bumpers and maybe even more the zombie response lights switch. It looks like you have plenty of room for a hidden winch in there.

Thanks man. As for the lights, I looked at a few different threads on bed lights, but basically I used a 5 meter strip of waterproof LEDs and wired them to a three way switch circuit of sorts. This is the basic diagram:[IMG]

Here is the rocker for the switch in the cab: http://www.otrattw.com/proddetail.php?prod=VVPZCZL-5ZR

I ordered the switch I used from OTRATTW as well but I have not seen it on their site recently. But the Carling Contra V is the switch body style. Just need to find the right switch and your set. Bed switch is a generic one I found at a local Napa.

And here are the lights I used:

http://www.bruteforcefab.com/ is the website for the guy that makes them. But I would just talk to billy (ironman44bear) on this forum. He is the aforementioned guy. Only thing is, the TRD cutout can no longer be done due to legal reasons. Also I think some of the pictures on his site are of the older cutouts. I asked him to do some different cutouts for mine and it seems it was rather popular as most every bumper of his I have seen made since has had my cut out design on it. He is a great guy to work with so if you have something specific in mind, dont be afraid to ask him.

Second that. Sent him a pm with I wanted and got a quote and answered all my questions. May take a few days to hear back but he's very helpful. I'll definitely be talking to him in the future when it comes time to get my bumpers!
