    ...too much shit to list.
You don't need a spanner wrench. I adjust mine with just a punch that fits inside the holes.

I tried... It's a pain in the ass. A lot of pressure on them right now, and I can't get enough leverage. I'm going to give them a try again later this week.

I'll make the note mate that they aren't on car adjustable.

Once you have the pressure of the spring on the spring seat they become near impossible to rotate and adjust.

You'll need to remove the whole coilover and spring, and then adjust the spring seat before you put it all back together.

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers,

    Matt

X2, I adjust my Kings on the truck easily, sometimes it helps if you try and turn the spring at the same time so it all rotates together

Kind of makes it pointless to have to take them off the truck when they are adjustable... but I'll figure it out. I've got ingenuity.

Has anyone tried using something such as heat shrink over the coils to protect them from the elements? (similar to how yakima bars are made - some form of heat shrink tubing over a 1" pipe)

Do you really intend to adjust them that often? If you set it up properly from the get go, there shouldn't be a need for it.

The reason they are adjustable, was it provided finer tuning of the ride height.

In Australia we don't sell them as pre-assembled units, which avoids the issue in the first place. And if you do need to adjust it's not that big a job to take them apart, adjust and re-set.

A lot of the extra threading there is used as it provides a heat sync effect, rather than for usable adjustment.

Where there is a will I'm sure there will be a way. But I will make it clear they weren't designed to be able to be adjusted once they had the load of the spring on them.

    Cheers,

    Matt

Thanks Matt. That was in no way a dig at advertising. You guys do things a bit differently. No, you are correct I won't be adjusting them often. But in order to get the correct height front to back with an older set of leaves, I do have to adjust them. It's easier to do it on the truck so you only need to reinstall a tire versus an entire suspension set up.

No stress mate! Wasn't taking it as a dig.

All good. I do understand the reason for the desire to adjust on vehicle.

Success! $20 spanner from Joe's racing works like a champ! Didn't adjust it all the way to level yet... just wanted to make sure it worked. I'll get off work early tomorrow and get everything level. But at least I don't have a bad left to right lean again right now.

And Matt, it seems like you can adjust them with a good spanner wrench and some elbow grease, the ring can be spun.

Thank you, Matt. I looked in there, but I guess I didn't look far enough. That is exactly the information that I was after.

I had to replace my leaf pack and wanted to make sure I was still good with my rear shocks. Looks like I'm all good!

    Matt,

Does the load plus leaf pack helper add any lift? Or is it just for extra weight?

It'll give you tiny amounts if lift if you increase the spring rate of your leafs without adding extra weight, but they aren't designed to give lift just increase the spring rate to match the additional loads.

    Cheers

Ok, what's the deal with ordering this kit in the states. I've got the money burning a hole in my tool drawer but I can't get any of the vendors to respond to my emails.

    I emailed
    info@ironman4x4america.com
    info@ironman4x4.com
    info@ironman4x4fl.com
    info@metaltech4x4.com (a dealer)

and sent FB messages to Ironman4x4 America and not a single email back. I really want to hand over some cash but Im not sure what the procedure is at this point! Are these kits available in the US?
