Has anybody ran the constant load front springs? They are supossed to handle an extra 110 to 250 lbs of front weight. Or has anybody ran the standard springs with extra weight up front?

The Performance springs handle extra weight as well such as bumper.... but constant weight is for when adding a bumper and a winch

I put on the ARB front bumper a few weeks ago. I was level before....now I'm sagging in the front. It still looks and drives ok, but I'm looking to replace the springs. I was given a pair of OME 886x springs that I'm planning on installing (on the basis that they were free).

I haven't loaded anything heavy to the front of mine. But, I have the pro's, so I would be able to adjust mine up if I got a bumper in the front.

You could call IM4x4 in Newberg. They might have better info for you.

And was that with the constant load springs or the performance springs?

I currently have the regular Ironman springs. No changes have been made yet.

Has anyone done an alignment after installing the ironman suspension? If so, what are the end results. Mine have rusted right to hell.

What is rusted? The springs or the alignment tabs?

The powder coating came off the front springs and both rusted within a year. The rear leaf springs rusted. The front struts and rear shocks held up for awhile and then started to rust also. I bought them in 2012. I know things rust but I think this suspension kit started to rust when it was being delivered to me. Hate to complain but it looks aweful. I would like to sell the truck. I may have to at least replace the suspension before we sell it.

No, I'm still rocking the ironman suspension. I ended up selling the OME springs to someone who needed them.

What is FCP? I may know someone who is interested.

Foam cell pro. I've upgraded, and just recently got a second set sent to me.

The powder coating on mine was chipped at the very bottom of the spring where it meets the spring perch. I've had them on for 70k and it has not gotten worse. Aside from a few nicks, they look relatively new. Do you lobe where they salt the roads? I also tells to wipe down the visible parts of the frame and suspension whenever I wash, so that may help.
