    It’s a stupid suggestion. But have you checked the tourque on the wheels. Make sure it’s fully seated?

    Yeah, I've done suspension on a couple vehicles before, seems like something always has its quirks. Appreciate the insight! Im going to hold off on the ECGS busing for now.
    Got the leafs pulled apart and removed the 3rd from the top. Decent little morning project until the smoke rolled in!

    That wasn’t the sound I was getting. Mine was a grinding sound when slowing to a stop and a thunk when the suspension was under compression. Both resolved with the new set.
    Your clunking when turning sharply sounds like a tire rubbing on a plastic wheel well part.
    The vibration from 0-25mph is driveline angle related. Need to either play with pinion angle and/or carrier bearing drop to get good angles at the u joints.

    Question for those who got the highest load leaf packs and removed the 3rd leaf. Is that 3rd from the bottom, or 3rd from the top? (top and bottom pictured in my head oriented in the installed position)

    Finally figured out what that knocking noise was when fully cranked to the left the wheel weight on the inside of my right tire is hitting my sway bar in the front..... looks like I need to go to a zero offset wheel when I get new wheels and tires

    Wow. That was some tight tolerance or a big weight. Glad you figured it out. Did they install the sway bar spacer?
