Welcome to the club (preemptive but still)! I read today that there are something over 60 container ships waiting off the coast… that’s crazy. Hopefully you get your kit sooner than later, get it installed and on the trails!
Are you going to get UCAs? @daveeasa has a group buy for SPCs that is ending tonight, in case you were going to go that route. Here is that thread, in case you’re interested! https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/spc-uca-group-buy.738331/#post-26284492

I placed my order in April and I'm still waiting. It's frustrating how many times they've provided new dates and then failed to deliver.

Have they offered you any goodies or anything? All the delays, for everything are terrible.

Thanks! I'm very anxiously awaiting its arrival. Want lift!!!

60 whole ships?! That's freaking wild  Fingers crossed for @shwilly and me. That sucks that you've been waiting so long dude! Here I was thinking "I should've ordered sooner". Guess not.

Thanks for the heads up on the SPC buy. Someone else told me about it too, but I bought mine back in August from Headstrong. I got a pretty good deal so I'm satisfied :)

When I bought they had a 25% off sale. I reached out a couple weeks after I placed my order when they had a deal for 25% off and a free air compressor and asked if they could send me an air compressor and they agreed.

I originally ordered the constant load leafs but I was told a few weeks ago they were holding up my order so I had them change my order to the performance load leafs bc they told me they'd have them to me end of September. I'm going to Moab first week of Nov and it doesn't look like I'll have anything in time.

Ugh, sorry man, that's a bummer! I'm sure you know, but I've read you can really do a lot with the stock configuration. Hope the lack of a lift doesn't muck up your plans too bad. You're going at like, the perfect time weather-wise at least! I went in late October last year and it was absolutely perfect. A balmy 70-75 at night and 80-85 in the daytime. This year I was there for 4th of July weekend and was r o a s t i n g.

Yeah no issue with stock suspension until I load the truck up with gear then I get quite a bit of sag in the back. I ripped my bumper off last year so I was hoping to have the lift to help with the departure angles.

Ohhhh, I might just have to try them out… 75 for both with shipping might be worth a try…
    Thanks!

My only concern is that with both top and bottom being flat if that will have any type of negative impact. The IM springs are still rounded at the spring seat.
@AccuTune Offroad and advice on that part? I know you don’t normally deal with these struts but maybe you’ve seen or know about the flat sided coils on other applications, like if someone wanted these springs on billies.
The Ironmans struts do have a rubber spring seat cushion but I’m not sure what that impacts.

Man let's hope we don't wait too long. Like mentioned on my previous comment I order back in June and still nothing they have changed the date on me multiple times. The constant load front springs are what's holding up my order.

Hopefully they’ve got more containers coming in too!
I’m waiting for some sliders (next week!) and then I might order the 720# springs. I’ve heard that pep boys can do spring swaps for pretty cheap so I’ll be checking there before I buy the springs. Well that and they need to be in stock.
I doubt I’ll ever have enough weight to justify the 827# springs.
I’ll always also wonder if I’m reading those spring rates wrong. At one point, I checked the Australian site to see if there was a lost in translation with the force nomenclature but that did not appear to be the case.

I do the same thing, that can’t be right right? It looks that way though. I’ve talked to Mike from exit offroad, he deals Dobinsons kits, and he said he’s heard a lot of people talking about their spring rates too.

I have been looking at trying a set of the Dobinsons coils, he said they’ll work on my standard style shocks but apparently the won’t work on the FCP units. I will ask for more details on that and post them up.

EDIT: Due to the coil ID, the FCPs have a 2.8” body and the Dobinsons are 2.5” ID.

Anyone experience any popping/squeaking noises coming from the rear leafs? Sounds like it's coming from the bushings but I'm not sure, hard to diagnose. What grease did everyone use when installing the rear leafs?

At one point I did have some squeaks back there but think it was from something inbetween the leafs. I sprayed some Woolwax between them and have not had an issue since.
I used red and tacky grease on the bushings.
On the u arms there is some rubber isolators, check it they are touching and if so you might be able to bend them away from the leaf. Good luck!
