The ironman 4x4 doesn't have a huge presence and when I did the research there was little to no content available with this brand. So, I decided to take my chances and hopefully lend a little bit of input for those considering.

I've been holding out a little bit to review these as I wanted to get to test them out for about 1K miles, I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the results to this point.

I was able to settle in with a 2.8-3 in lift overall with the kit. Thus far, I have tested the suspension on forest roads at high speeds/situations with significant articulation and the ironman4x4 handled it flawlessly. I typically do quite a bit of camping, mountain biking and rock climbing....so as far as investing in a capable suspension I wasn't looking to break the bank and knew I wasn't going to need a super high performance set-up (king's, icon's or fox with res). So, this was a good mediation + I'm local to the ironman 4x4 HQ.

Overall, it's given me exactly what I have asked of it and I'm very happy with the ride since it's my daily driver. It's stiffer than the OEM but in a better way. It's the right amount of cushy for me and feels better than (bilsteins 5100 i had on my '07 tacoma and trd pro suspension I had on my 2015 4runner).

The only thing I was not crazy about was rusting on the leaf pack after a couple months, but upon further research I found to be normal, especially with the conditions I have been putting my truck through.

Overall, I hope my experience continues to go well and will continue to document if my opinion changes. 9F6D1ED7-AAD4-4B08-93F0-0C854243FC9F.jpg4D25FA14-67A6-4848-8A7F-9D97743445B6.jpg85106B32-DB3A-4963-A22B-0607FA306395.jpgDSC01236.jpgDSC01237.jpgDSC01238.jpgIMG-2822.jpgIMG-3094.jpg9F6D1ED7-AAD4-4B08-93F0-0C854243FC9F.jpg 4D25FA14-67A6-4848-8A7F-9D97743445B6.jpg 85106B32-DB3A-4963-A22B-0607FA306395.jpg DSC01236.jpg DSC01237.jpg DSC01238.jpg IMG-2822.jpg IMG-3094.jpg

Considering this option in the next couple years. Did you install yourself?
Did you find any information on how often the would need to be rebuilt? Are you running a 33” tire equivalent?
    sorry so many questions

I just ordered the kit I got the stage 2 foam cell kit with the 2.5” coils up front and performance leafs out back. Probably be a few weeks before I get the kit but can’t wait. Also the company I went through is going to powder coat the springs for me I can’t do the green on my blue truck

The kit has treated me pretty well so far! A little stiff for the mall crawling around here but still much better than the OEM. I went with SPC uppers as well.

I’ve had it on 9 months. This set up is great for a true off road truck. I am very pleased with the performance. For the price point, durability and rebuilding ability. This kit rocks.
My two complaints are, after changing the height the 2nd time(took a while to figure out what I wanted) I ended up with a squeaky UCA. Ironman will warranty it, just working on the process to get it resolved.
Beyond that, the ride on the freeway is stiffer than the TRD off road set up. But it is worth it for the capabilities off roading. I still recommend it!

Thanks Scott! Yes we're a top Ironman Dealer and can get you an amazing price. We love customizing the springs, too. Just pushed out a set in orange. A few more in black as well. Let me know if you need anything @FireDawg503 Have a great week guys!

Well I ordered the stage 2 thru ironman so I wouldn't miss out on the 25% off sale they were having as it ended last night at midnight. Unfortunately I didn't see this thread until late last night. I did check out explore overland's website but didn't see where to get the custom-colored springs. Definitely wouldn't mind a different color other than green though

I’ve had the Ironman FoamCell Pros Stage 2 with their UCAs for about a 12k miles. I opted for the performance front coils and standard leafs. As other have mentioned it netted me about 3” of lift and have performed great. Well above my expectations for the price point. Especially if you can get in on a 25% off sale plus their free shipping.

What tires are you running in these pics? I ordered a 2.5” stage 2 foam cell pro and was just hoping a 265/75/16 ko2 won’t look too small in there. Whatever you have looks great. Thanks man

I’ve had mine for almost 4 years now roughly 30k miles.
Other than them being noisy, ride quality is good and they appear to be holding up.
