if it runs super smooth the bearings are probably good, give it a compression test and if that checks out then the motor is probably perfectly healthy and will give u another 100k with continued maintenence

BY THE way guys I did end up going ahead and hold off on buying that truck , it didn't feel right , thanks for yalls input. Im sure I would of been okay with it going another 100k but when I would try to resale a truck that's been customized like that ??? NAAA I better Not .
