Is a 2021 SR pre-wired for trailer lights?

Have a 2021 SR Access Cab with aftermarket hitch w/o Flat 7 or 4-pin wiring connected to combo 7/4 receptacle - where do i look for preexisting harness or do you simply splice into tail/break lights?

 

they make a pretty cheap plug and play kit, no cutting and splicing, on Amazon

 

There's a blank cap on the bumper next to the license plate in place of the trailer connector. See if there's a harness plugged to the back of the blank cap.

 

There is no wiring running to it
