I have a 2007 Tacoma leveled somewhere between 2” front and 1.5” block in the rear. I also have 33” tires on the truck. I’ve been contemplating lifting the truck and was wondering if I’m only occasionally off roading and not doing anything too technical if this setup (leveling kit) is ok. I definitely would prefer to have a more “professional” suspension setup but I don’t want to break the bank on suspension if this setup is good enough for the off roading that I do.

    Like, so many.
I have front level and and 33's and off road occasionally and have had no issues at all.

Well that’s reassuring, I plan on getting it lifted someday but just don’t really have the money currently.

Safe answer is no, a few cases of broken coilovers have been reported with the spacers as a suspected culprit when beat too hard.

Real life answer, plenty of dudes do it (including myself on my first off road vehicle) and never had issues besides a shitty ride.

But again, safe answer is no. Also what's going on man? You looking for a shop to install something or not? lol Seems like you are a bit indecisive. Or are you just weighing options?

Someone told me not to go to 4WP which was the only place I knew of in the area, so I was just thinking ahead if for when I eventually do get a real lift
