This PDF was instrumental in making sure I had all the pieces when I bought my S/C used.
    https://treperformance.com/pdf/327003

This is the list I came up with to ensure all the parts I needed were accounted for:

Parts list for A1:A16TRD Supercharger Notes:

PTR29-35061 - TRD Lower Engine Radiator Hose
    PTR29-35062 - TRD Intercooler Pump
PTR29-35063 - TRD Intercooler Pump Relay Kit......................................................................M6x20 bolt and nut, 15amp ATO fuse, 10amp long blade fuse, T-tap for 10amp fuse
PTR29-35064 - TRD Intercooler Hose Kit......................................................................4"x60" molded for LTR, cut? 4"x36" for reservoir, cut?
PTR29-35073 - TRD Oil Service Kit, Front Nose Assembly......................................................................oil change kit for S/C, optional
PTR29-35074 - TRD Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly
PTR29-35075 - TRD Idler Pulley w/Bearing......................................................................2.15" Steel No.1: Stud, idle spacer, SC ribbed idle pulley, short spacer
PTR29-35076 - TRD Idler Pulley w/Bearing......................................................................2.30" Ribbed, Upper idler 3 bolts attach plate
PTR29-35077 - TRD Idler Pulley w/Bearing...................................................................... 3.0" Ribbed, Aluminum No.2: Double end stud, idle spacer, SC smooth idle pulley, short spacer
PTR29-35078 - TRD Idler Pulley w/Bearing...................................................................... 3.0" Flat Upper idler 3 bolts attach plate

PTR29-35081 - TRD Hood Support Bracket (Tacoma)......................................................................2012-15 no oval grommet? 2012+ intercooler pump (2?) M6x16 bolts
PTR29-35084 - TRD Supercharger Main Assembly
PTR29-35085 - TRD Crankshaft Drive Pulley
    PTR29-35086 - TRD Intercooler Assembly & Lid
    PTR29-35087 - TRD Thermostat Housing Spacer (1 for water pipe & 2 for bolts) & (2) O-Rings & (5) new extended bolts
PTR30-35070 - TRD Supercharger Drive Belt
Driver side intake manifold bracket......................................................................OEM stamped C, TRD stamped B (same as forward oem bracket)
Shank manifold bolts (in main SC housing)
M8x30 bolts and spacers to re-install horns
3/4" hose, coolant hose? 54" length needed for part above upper LTRadiatior barb
SC coolant reservoir, bracket, and bolts (2) bolts
5/16" hose for VSV, oem clamp part of intake/evap

    other replacement parts may need:

    23291-23010 ......................................................................Injector insulators 6 needed
    engine/electrical anti-sieze
lubriplate grease......................................................................(any waterproof bearing grease is good)
    17176-0P010 or 17176-31010 - Intake port gasket
Coolant for engine & SC intercooler (close to 100k) same coolant type...................................................................... 3 gal needed for full coolant flush and S/C fill.
Serpantine belt, oem or aftermarket? TW recommend 70" for 2.8" pulley (close to 100k) OEM = 70.5"
Orange intercooler seal ......................................................................URD sells for $25

Superchargers Online has been a huge help, any part that needs replacing or was missing in my kit, they were able to provide.

Id guess you need a new low temp radiator for the S/C coolant system, as well as a new S/C coolant reservoir at the very least. possibly more if some of the S/C belt tensioner and related components are damaged as well.

    Best of luck to ya!

It helped me to group the whole project into 3 “systems”
    1. Actual supercharger unit
    2. Supercharger intercooler system (intercooler/ supercharger lid, hoses, reservoir, electronic pump, & low temp radiator, fuse/relay/wiring for the pump)
    3. S/C pulley and drive belt system (crank pully, 2 lower idlers, tensioner, upper idlers with bracket, and the belt)

Ya'll beat me to it, by like two days. Lol. I've been a little tied up lately on another boosted project. ;)

I'm glad my boys are over here representing the boost.

As for the OP, I sense you have a pretty strong idea at this point as far as to what is needed. Given the damage that the truck has seen, I would go over there and take a look at it and see what has gotten damage and what hasn't. Even if the LTR got damaged in front, the reservoir would still be good as it is in the back of the truck. That would leave needing to replace the core support/ hood support bracket and the auxiliary coolant pump for it. If it goes further back and damaged the nose drive, well, then you gotta ask yourself how much work you are willing to put into it to call it your own. Used superchargers on these are always a toss up because there are so many supporting parts that combine it into one which if any of them are missing, kills your install progress as a whole. Causing you to stop and figure out what the heck is missing and how/ where you need to go in order to find them.

Best of luck. If you need anything, we'll be here!

Yes sir, I have a fair idea. Now I need to go triage the truck and see how far I can get. The owner said he has no problem helping take it off the truck. If anyone on here who has installed S/C's wanted to come along for a meet and greet & assessment I am down like four flat tires for that.
I feel you & everyone on here has relayed great information to me and I am grateful for that from you all. Much appreciated. I have been planning to charge the truck for awhile & even went & had an estimate done by Solo Motorsports as they are an authorized Magnuson installer. The appeal to have the TRD S/C trumps the Magnuson IMO. Stay tuned and once again, thank you all for the support so far.

this is the biggest thing - finding what needs to be replaces when you take off, and then again what you missed when you took off.

i bought my TRD s/c used about a year ago, from the owner who said it was “complete” and “recently rebuilt”… and it was been close to a year just tracking down parts and ensuring I had everything. Granted it was on the back burner much of the time and I was in no rush.
Even then, I discovered I was missing 2 small brackets upon install of everything. They weren’t crucial items, and I just bent up my own (relocated VSV bracket & the adapter for the 2012-15 Toyotas on the front bumper support bar that holds the inter cooler pump).

all that… and it ends up my s/c was roached and needed to be sent off to SCOL for a rebuild. I was able to drive it up and down the street once last week, and it went back in the garage for the tear down

i don’t mean to discourage, only advise to double and triple check stuff yourself. And then have a third buddy or forum member who’s installed one if possible check!

    keep us updated either way!

Let us know how it goes. Might be good for spare parts depending on damage. I might be interested if you decide not to purchase.

That is my biggest fear as well. What was the cost to send it off for a rebuild? From what the truck owner has said, the physical body of the S/C looks ok. The internal bits are what I am concerned with.

SCOL quotes ~1395 for all new bearings, oil, gaskets, etc all soft parts.
If the rotor pack is also toast, then it’s bumped up another $1k.

A new Magnuson is about $7k, without labor. Even if you had to get a full rebuild, you’d still be a few grand ahead.

Actually it’s far cheaper than that but it’s a) not a TRD S/C & b) agree 100% that it still puts me ahead several grand. This was the estimate I got not to long ago.

They do not know. Was unconscious behind the wheel coming back from work when the accident occurred. They have had nonstop medical tests ongoing to figure out what is going on as this person does not drink or do any drugs at all. Quite sad as they may never be able to drive again(think Epilepsy for example).

Depending on how good of a friend it is I would negotiate a contingency plan depending on how well the supercharger works once it is installed.

I could certainly use those instructions if there is a way to send them over sir. Update: Tomorrow is removal day. Myself and the owner will be going over to Loganville where the truck is currently at to remove the S/C & rims. Will keep everyone updated on whether or not it is a success or not. Again, thank you all for the supporting documents, ideas & suggestions.

Insurance has already quoted him a value higher than that we have agreed upon. Even if I need most of the ancillary pieces, I still come out ahead from a cost standpoint with an S/C rebuild. Without it becomes even cheaper so it is a win-win.
