So, a friend and I are hitting a couple junk yards on Saturday. Does anyone want me to pick up something if I see it? Personally, I'm looking for a TRD Off-Road rear end and a set of door panels, but I can hunt for grills, rims, skid plates, etc if anyone wants something.

I might swap out my e-locker and axle and find one I can rebuild with the ARB in it.... if your interested

*mine has never had a problem engaging or disengaging at all. Never has ever had any issues either. I would use it too hard the next few months and would rather have ARB for my abuse. I'm also gettting a used t-case from a friend in San Antonio for back up. My t-case has over 150K on it, no problems but it nice too have a back up with only 60K. Also looking for a Trans back up as well.

Don't waste your money. You already have the e-locker. From what I've read, you should really only choose ARB over the factory unit if you have neither, and want to get one. The difference in strength is marginal, the only thing that makes the e-locker any weaker is the fact that it's actuator is exposed outside of the axle housing. Installing an ARB is going to cost you at least 3k$. Save your money and just get a skid plate for your locker actuator. Another reason I would keep the toyota piece is that it doesn't need compressed air to work, and doesn't have to worry about a damaged air line or compressor.
    Just my $0.02...

The door rivets are nearly impossible to get out alive, but I'll grab as many as I can get. Body rivets, you got it! I need a few myself :D

I don't know yet, but probably not more than $100, $50/each being my best guess. Will you be at the meet Sunday, m50dude? I'll front the cash for those I know and will see Sunday, but I'm wary of buying parts for folks who may not be around for pick-up and reimbersement.
