TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
Mine is 1/4" CNC machined aluminum which is longer and with a bend. Less holes in the plastic distributed over a longer length IMO makes it a stronger mount.

so your threads are in the top piece only? what is under the trim? just nuts/washers or full backing plates?
I'm probably a bit biased since I have the DMM installed in my truck, but I think you're going to have a hard time convincing people that yours is worth double the cost of the DMM without some big differences. A prime example is the prinsu roof rack. I bought the RCI over the Prinsu even though many dislike anything that is considered a copycat design. I thought the competitive price, coupled with multiple small changes in the materials and design made it a better fit for me. I would not have paid double for the RCI over the Prinsu though.

Regarding the Hondo UnHoley mount; can you still rotate the air duct louvers after the mount is attached to the air duct housing?

I'm running this mount and so far it's Great! At $69.95 it a hard to beat! (Still kind of expensive)
