You better have your purchases done before then! My modding money is low, but it's because I have other expensive hobbies.

I started blowing money as soon as I turned 18 (thanks American Express!). 10 years later it's mostly out of my system.. This year so far I've only bought a bike ($1100?), a DSLR ($1000?),a dog collar ($84), trip to Seattle ($500?)..

My girlfriend is a traveler, I never was. But I do like spending money, and if it's on my dog I don't even think twice about it. When I bought my first car ($15,500) I felt nauseated at the money I just spent. I spent half that on mods in the first 6 months without issue.

Internet forums are horrible, screwed up places that serve no good, Holy purpose.

I have a great job (Military) and a wife with no kids (other than our dogs). So that frees up cash for my truck and my wife's SUV.

More an issue of financing, credit, income, monthly expenses, than age.

You dont think $460 is that much. I paid $300 a month when I had my 2nd gen. I dot pay much over 400 for both of my vehicles I drive now.

I should add, that's in Canada. These trucks are probably cheaper by a few grand if you're in the US.

Still in the $400s. A couple thousand financed over 5-6 years is like $40/month in payments.

    $230 bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) = $460 monthly.

Buying a used truck with cash helps. Living below your means is the only way to build wealth. Financing something that depreciates like a mofo from the first moment you move it, not so much...:dancingbacon:

semi-monthly. Cut the month in half. Like a semi tractor-trailer. Two halfs make one. Bi is two. The best bis are two girls.

    I hope these mnemonics help.
